The Building People, LLC, is seeking a highly skilled Facilities Maintenance Project Manager to oversee the maintenance and operations of our campus facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, with experience in managing large-scale maintenance projects and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all maintenance activities on campus, including preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including life safety, fire prevention, and security program requirements.
  • Monitor facility programs and services to ensure they operate efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate data from CMMS reports to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process changes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities management, with a focus on large-scale maintenance projects.
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience with CMMS software and other facility management systems.
