Job Title: Independent Sales Representative

Concept Co. is a leading sales consulting agency that helps U.S. manufacturers navigate the digital landscape. Our team specializes in digital transformation, performance growth, sales management, and succession planning.

We are seeking a skilled sales representative to join our team who can develop new relationships and help launch digital solutions for manufacturers and B2B companies. You will work with directors and executives to plan comprehensive business marketing and sales strategies. If you are an experienced, energetic, results-driven salesperson with a background in emerging business marketing and sales, then you are a great fit for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify potential customers through networking and following leads.
  • Arrange meetings with potential and existing customers to present company solutions.
  • Persuade customers to purchase company solutions by highlighting product benefits and key features.
  • Build and maintain solid working relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate pricing with suppliers and vendors to encourage purchases.
  • Promptly submit purchase orders to the relevant department for processing.
  • Follow up with customers to inquire into whether purchased products meet their expectations.
  • Fulfill the necessary paperwork and obtain customers' signatures to complete each sale.
  • Address customer concerns and resolve complaints.
Requirements:
  • 3+ Years of Experience in Digital Marketing Sales
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of Google and Microsoft tools
  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
