Store Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Store Associate to join our team at the Brattleboro, VT store. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the sales and merchandising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with product needs and answer questions in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Cash out customers using the register system, stock shelves, and load store customers.
  • Receive product orders, merchandise, and create vendor orders directly for the store.
  • Load and unload bagged feeds and related products for customers and the warehouse as needed.
  • Operate a hand truck and fork truck safely and follow all safety rules.
  • Receive, accurately load, and rotate product.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse and loading areas.
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches.
  • Solid work history.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team with supervision.
  • Animal, retail, or agriculture experience preferred.
