BARTENDER

In each new setting, you are presented with the chance to learn a distinct service protocol. Comprehensive details are outlined in the establishment's handbook.

Each shift begins with a briefing alongside the Chef, detailing the menu items to be served, allowing you to familiarize yourself with any unfamiliar terms and providing a platform for inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain your work area.
  • Welcome guests, respond to inquiries, and make recommendations regarding food, beverages, and services offered.
  • Serve food and beverages to patrons.
  • Engage with guests, providing answers to their questions and offering insights about the establishment, its location, and its culinary offerings, all of which enhance the guest experience.
  • Complete all opening and closing tasks in accordance with established standards.
  • Efficiently process customer payments and finalize closing reports.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to complete all required training specific to the role.
  • Commitment to adhere to all policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, basic math, and verbal communication.
  • Mobility is required throughout the entire shift.
  • Capable of performing all tasks necessary to maintain a clean and organized workspace, with knowledge of Point of Sale and Reservation Systems.
  • Availability for breakfast/lunch or lunch/dinner shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand and move quickly for up to six hours.
  • Must possess good balance, be able to bend and kneel, and lift up to 30 pounds.

Shift Availability:

  1. Day Shifts: Tuesday – Friday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM
  2. Evening Shifts: Tuesday – Friday 3:30 PM - 10:00 PM, Saturday 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
  3. Sunday shifts will be added in the upcoming months.
