Job Description

At Madison Reed Hair Color Bar, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Specialist to join our team. As a Client Service Specialist, you will be the face of our Hair Color Bar, providing exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide seamless guest experiences, ensuring timely and efficient service.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, educating guests on Madison Reed products and services.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Ensure the Hair Color Bar meets company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory management.
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services and products.

Requirements:

  • Entry-level experience in customer service or retail sales, with a preference for salon or beauty industry experience.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and people skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable operating point-of-sale systems.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this position, team members will regularly stand, walk for four plus consecutive hours; repetitive and regular bending and twisting at the waist; manipulating fingers and hands, bend and reach wrists and arms, reach with hands and arms or move up to ten pounds. May occasionally sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift, push, pull up to ten pounds. Additionally, team members will communicate regularly with guests via ongoing conversations and consultations.
