Role Responsibilities:

As a Medical Lab Technician or Technologist, you will conduct laboratory and phlebotomy tests that support our clinical services. Your expertise in interpreting lab results and operating advanced instrumentation is crucial for delivering accurate and timely reports.

Key Duties Include:

  • Adhering to established safety protocols, including Universal Precautions and the proper use of safety gear.
  • Conducting routine maintenance and specialized servicing of laboratory equipment.
  • Providing training on laboratory procedures to fellow Technologists and Technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associate's degree in Medical Technology, Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Certification from the American Society of Clinical Pathologists is required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
