- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- At least two years of experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities.
The Instructional Paraprofessional will work in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment, interacting with students, teachers, and staff on a regular basis. The position requires the ability to work in a variety of settings, including classrooms, hallways, and outdoor areas. The employee must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods, as well as work in a variety of weather conditions.
