About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving and opening mail, scanning and distributing mail, performing wage audits, handling manual W-2Cs, pulling, balancing, and printing reports. You will also utilize a stamp machine for mailing purposes, manage multiple clients and communications, and respond to emails in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front-end handling and customer support
  • Retrieve incoming mail and scan and distribute mail to appropriate departments
  • Conduct wage audits and handle manual W-2C forms
  • Pull, balance, and print payroll reports
  • Manage client interactions and respond to emails promptly
  • Payroll tax balancing
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with payroll regulations
  • Manage client employee data related to new hires, terminations, personnel master file changes, and employee time via upload to and from third-party vendor
  • Research and respond to all payroll questions and inquiries via Case Management System
  • Complete year-end project
Requirements
  • Previous experience in payroll services and a background in payroll taxes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • ADP experience is a plus
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • At least 2 employment references

Conduent Business Services, LLC offers a competitive salary range of $45,760-$57,200, as well as a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time.
