Key Responsibilities
  • Survey Operations: Perform surveys for one or more projects, ensuring accurate and timely results.
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise and work direction to a team of 1 to 3 employee-owners, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Functional Areas of Responsibility: Conduct surveys, perform calculations, and disseminate information to the Survey Manager.
  • Specific Duties and Responsibilities: Check and perform calculations, calculate accurately, check tie-in locations, and disseminate information properly to the Survey Manager.
  • Perform Survey Layout: Perform accurate layout, check and maintain accurate control, perform timely layout, and clearly communicate survey layout.
  • Adhere to Standardized Procedures: Surveys performed according to the practices and procedures defined by the Survey Department.
  • Communication: Communicate completion of tasks to the Survey Manager, communicate to the Survey Manager the field issues and/or concerns, and properly document survey layout being performed.
  • Maintain Equipment: Keep equipment clean and well maintained, and ensure equipment is calibrated.
