Job Summary

Levco Management LLC is seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Grounds Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the property's grounds, amenities, and buildings in a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grounds Maintenance: Perform daily grounds maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, mowing, trimming, and pruning vegetation, as well as removing debris and trash from property grounds.
  • Apartment Turnovers: Assist with apartment turnovers, including cleaning and preparing vacant units for new residents.
  • Work Orders: Assist with completing work orders, including performing repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Assist with preventative maintenance programs, including completing thorough inspections of common areas and performing routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures.
  • General Labor: Perform general labor tasks, including but not limited to, cleaning, painting, and performing other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' general labor experience.
  • License: Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs regularly without assistance and be able to work outdoors in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below 32 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Background Check: Successful candidates must be able to pass a background check.
