Overview:

Digital Prospectors is in search of a proficient Lead IT Business Systems Analyst to enhance our dynamic commercial operations. This pivotal role involves driving operational efficiency and implementing innovative solutions across various teams including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Benefit Verifications, and Sales Support. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of essential systems such as D365 CRM, PowerApps, Power Pages Portal, and Power BI, which are critical for optimizing business processes and aligning with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with commercial stakeholders to gather requirements and comprehend business needs, while pinpointing opportunities for process enhancement.
  • Collaborate with IT departments to design and deploy solutions utilizing D365 CRM, PowerApps, Power Pages Portal, and Power BI.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for requirements, processes, and system configurations to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Conduct system integration testing to confirm adherence to specifications.
  • Analyze data to provide actionable insights for decision-making and assist in training teams on new systems and processes.
  • Work alongside business partners and IT to strategize and implement process improvements and system upgrades.
  • Address issues and deliver exceptional customer service by identifying and resolving root causes.
  • Design and document commercial business processes while maintaining data collection tools to bolster team efficiency.
  • Propose creative solutions to improve operational effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a commercial environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years working with commercial teams and at least 5 years overall as a Business Analyst.
  • Proficiency in D365 CRM, PowerApps, and Power BI is essential.
  • Strong analytical abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving business needs and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Visio and DevOps tools.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite leadership meetings occasionally.
