Job Description

Interim HealthCare Inc is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Hospice Clinical Manager for our Home Health department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of our hospice program, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of RNs and other clinical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Conduct regular assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as admissions and billing, to ensure seamless patient care and efficient operations.
  • Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to address these issues.
Requirements
  • Licensed registered nurse (RN) in South Carolina or compact multi-state license.
  • RN license is active and in good standing.
  • Graduate of an accredited school for applicable discipline.
  • One (1) year hospice nursing experience.
  • Previous home care experience preferred.
  • Previous management experience preferred.
