Business Professor

Tacoma Community College is seeking a part-time faculty member to teach in the Business Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business and be able to develop and teach courses in areas such as general business, management, global logistics, entrepreneurship, human resources, and project management.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and teaching courses, developing and implementing curricula, motivating students, and using technology to enhance student learning. They will also collaborate with other business faculty and staff, participate in professional development and Equity, Diversity and Inclusion events, and contribute to the college's mission of creating meaningful and relevant learning.
Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field and two years of relevant work experience or teaching experience. A master's degree is preferred, as is experience teaching at a community college and using online classroom platforms.
