About the Position
Tacoma Community College is seeking a qualified part-time faculty member to join our Business Department. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching courses in the fields of general business, management, global logistics, entrepreneurship, human resources, and project management.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be expected to:
  • Develop and teach courses that meet the needs of our diverse student population.
  • Use technology tools to enhance student learning and engagement.
  • Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to achieve departmental goals.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current in their field.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
  • A bachelor's degree in business, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Two years of relevant work experience and/or relevant current teaching experience.

Preferred Qualifications
A master's degree in business, business administration, or a related field from an accredited college or university is preferred. Experience teaching at a community college and using online classroom platforms is also desirable.
