About the Position:
This Family Development Specialist role offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of families and children. Working with the Every Child Succeeds Program, you will focus on providing parent education, educational activities, and direct casework assistance to families from prenatal to age three. This position requires strong interpersonal skills, cultural competence, and the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop plans for future service delivery based on data analysis and interpretation.
- Document child development observations, family interactions, and completed forms in multiple web-based systems.
- Attend team meetings, trainings, agency meetings, and supervision sessions.
- Maintain a weekly schedule, sign in and out of the building, and adhere to cell phone minute limits.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in education, social work, or a related field from an accredited institution (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Undergraduate specialization in social work or two years of experience in a social work agency required.
- Valid driver's license mandatory.
