We are seeking a dedicated Montessori Educator to join our Guidepost Montessori team. As an Early Childhood Specialist, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters independence and self-confidence in children aged 0-6.

With a focus on personalized support and individualized lessons, you will provide the highest quality care and education to each child. You will work closely with colleagues to prepare a beautiful, orderly environment that captivates children's interests and promotes exploration and discovery.

Your role will involve observing children closely to understand their needs and providing precise language to help them understand their experiences. You will also be responsible for cultivating a community of collaboration and respect among children and colleagues alike.

A successful candidate will have experience working with children aged 0-6 and a passion for Montessori principles. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

In return for your dedication and hard work, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. You will also receive fully sponsored Montessori diploma training and ongoing professional development through the Prepared Montessorian Institute.
