Salary Range
$28-$35 per hour, depending on experience and location.

Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that address the specific needs of each student. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting students with daily living tasks, monitoring their behavior, and providing support in academic and extracurricular activities. You will also collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent implementation of IEPs and communicate effectively with parents.

Responsibilities
* Assist students with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and laundry
* Monitor students' behavior and report any concerns to supervisors
* Provide support in academic and extracurricular activities
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent implementation of IEPs
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians

Required Skills and Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Experience working with students with special needs preferred
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
