About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Payroll & Benefits Specialist to join our Accounting Department at our Corporate Office. In this role, you will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll, maintaining accurate and complete employee records, and preparing payroll financial data for the accounting system.


Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Process bi-weekly payroll utilizing Ceridian Dayforce software
  • Maintain the accuracy and completeness of employee records
  • Maintain, analyze, and reconcile data in MS Excel

Benefits and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, applicants should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in payroll, preferably with Ceridian/Dayforce software, and a proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, as well as experience administrating health insurance benefits and working in accounting systems.
