Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at DivIHN Integration. As a key member of our Order to Cash (OTC) group, you will play a critical role in supporting billing, collections, order release, cash applications, and credit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor accounts and take necessary action to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Record customer interactions and provide analysis of AR Data to OTC Management.
  • Work with business partners and customers to support expectations and resolve issues.
  • Collection management and resolution of outstanding invoices.
  • Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Monitor automated systems and prioritize ongoing tasks and project work.

Requirements:
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interface at all levels within the organization.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Attention to detail and ability to abide by standard operating procedures.
  • SOX compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
  • Previous experience in banking, invoicing, and credit card processes.
  • Knowledge of Credit Management and Collections.

Work Environment:

This is a full-time position with a standard work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility in work schedule is expected.
