Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team at DivIHN Integration Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various roles within the Order to Cash (OTC) group, including billing, collections, order release, cash applications, and credit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor accounts and take necessary action as the situation warrants, utilizing systems and tools to actively manage the Order to Cash process.
  • Record customer interactions, both internal and external, within PeopleSoft and SAP to capture information details.
  • Collect customer financial information, historical payment trends, and supply to our Credit Manager/Credit Analyst for use in determining appropriate risk on new and existing accounts.
  • Provide analysis of AR Data to OTC Management and participate in group projects as appropriate.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Work with our business partners and customers, including Customer Service/Commercial groups, to support expectations.
  • Communicate and resolve issues with our customers at various levels of their organizations.
  • React swiftly to issues that may arise, summarizing facts and providing recommendations for timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Collection management and resolution of outstanding invoices.
  • Achieve and maintain compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Familiar with banking processes, researching, and reconciling statements and accounts.
  • Monitor automated systems.
  • Ensure that work targets and schedules are met.
  • Participate in continuous improvement to process initiatives, identifying, implementing, and executing changes to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

  • Problem-solving, analytical skills, and exceptional follow-through.
  • Ability to interface at all levels within the organization and instill confidence and trust.
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and/or Project.
  • Attention to detail and ability to abide by standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Ability to prioritize work to meet deliverables/timelines in an effective manner.
