Job Overview

We're seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team at Work With Your Handz. As the heart of our operations, you'll connect our technicians with customers who need our services. Your clear communication, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills will empower our team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learn our business and prioritize schedules effectively
  • Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying accurate information to technicians
  • Work independently and participate in daily huddles and training
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians to work orders according to predetermined schedules or customer requests
  • Relay progress information to managers and customers
  • Resolve problems, requests for services, or equipment with supervisors or customers
  • Prepare daily work schedules and work orders for technicians
  • Organize and maintain work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges, expenses, inventory records, and other information
Requirements
  • 2 years of Dispatching experience required
  • Experience in a residential home service setting is mandatory
  • Scheduling experience is preferred
  • Proficient computer knowledge, good typing skills, and phone system proficiency
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with ease and empathy
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
