About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our team on a per-diem basis. As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing safe and effective anesthesia care to patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Perform pre-operative assessments, write pre-op orders, and administer anesthesia under the medical direction of an anesthesiologist.
  • Monitor patients intra-operatively, ensure safe emergence, and assist with post-operative care.
  • Work collaboratively with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with current nursing, anesthesia, and critical care techniques, and maintain certification through the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia and nursing.
  • Valid California Registered Nurse license and California Nurse Anesthetist license.
  • Current certification by NBCRNA and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
