About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Geospatial Intelligence Instructor to join our team at GeoDelphi, Inc. As an Activity-Based Intelligence Instructor, you will play a critical role in delivering in-class and virtual courses that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver instructional content using a variety of methods, including guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises.
  • Utilize instructional technology, such as Blackboard, to support course delivery and assessment.
  • Contribute to the development of an assessment strategy that aligns with course design and competencies.
  • Provide formal and informal feedback to students to support their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Recent and relevant experience analyzing and interpreting GEOINT data to support U.S. military and policymaker's interests within the last 36 months.
  • Ability to combine geospatial data with multiple types of collection from multiple intelligence disciplines to characterize events, discover relationships, and identify human networks.
  • Expertise in using geographic information systems (GIS) to process, analyze, and visualize data.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the production cycles for a variety of intelligence data and GEOINT products and services.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience using Python, Java, R, or other coding languages for analyzing and conditioning data.
  • Ability to develop and maintain content for learning management systems (LMS) or content management systems (CMS).
  • Familiarity with the Intelligence Community and NGA.
