Job Overview

Geo Owl is seeking a skilled Cartographic Production Specialist to contribute to our geospatial intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the field, as outlined in the qualifications below.

Location: Remote

Security Clearance: TS/SCI

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a minimum of 3 years of expertise in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), demonstrating a thorough understanding of geospatial analytical techniques.
  • Maintain an active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Conduct data extraction and imagery analysis using ArcMap/ArcGIS Pro, ensuring timely and precise foundation data assessments, along with quality control and assurance using GAIT/QAC software.
  • Develop shapefiles, geo-databases, and features with a high level of proficiency.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of GIS software suites, including ArcGIS Pro, ERDAS, and SocetSet, as well as standard office software for data management.
  • Exhibit proficiency with Technical Reference Document TRDv.4.x and UTRDV.1.x.
  • Engage in data extraction supporting crisis operations, geospatial Digital Twin, or Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) applications.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of experience, or a master’s degree with 2-6 years of experience in a related field.
