Job Overview
NFI Massachusetts, Inc., a leading human services organization, is currently in search of an Evening Custodial Staff member to support operations at our facility.
Our organization operates two specialized residential programs for adolescents facing significant mental health challenges. These programs are designed to provide intensive therapeutic support in a secure environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of our youth.
Our dedicated team includes professionals from various fields, including child psychiatry, nursing, and education, all working collaboratively to foster a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties across all areas of the facility.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
- Conduct floor maintenance and upkeep.
- Ensure cleanliness in kitchen and restroom facilities.
- Guide and instruct residents in daily cleaning tasks.
- Oversee the maintenance of program vehicles.
Additional Information:
The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 1 PM to 9 PM.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED. Previous custodial experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are essential.

Full-time employees are eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, three weeks of paid vacation, paid sick leave, and tuition reimbursement up to $2,500 per fiscal year.
