Key Responsibilities:
- Engaging with both new and established suppliers to curate a diverse selection of jewelry lines and styles.
- Negotiating pricing and terms of procurement agreements to optimize cost efficiency.
- Overseeing the timely arrival of merchandise and ensuring adherence to purchase agreements.
- Monitoring inventory levels and executing replenishment orders in accordance with budgetary guidelines.
- Generating analytical reports on sales performance, budget adherence, and customer satisfaction to refine purchasing strategies.
- Collaborating with marketing teams to supply product information and support promotional initiatives.
- Contributing to the development and execution of training programs for staff on product knowledge.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior buyers within the team.
