Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and one (1) year of direct work experience in the field of nursing
  • Current CPR Certification and a valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of CDC sponsored training programs in Sexually Transmitted Disease control within six (6) months of date of hire
