Job Title: Burn Manager RN

Mass General Brigham is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to fill the role of Burn Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing the quality improvement and patient safety initiatives in the Trauma and Burn Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality improvement programs to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify and address clinical care gaps.
  • Design and manage projects to improve patient safety and quality of care.
  • Lead the coordination and facilitation of performance improvement data collection, analysis, and trending.
  • Develop and maintain a working knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in emergency room and ICU nursing, with experience in database management and analysis. A Master's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred. The successful candidate will be a certified TNCC instructor and have experience in health care and patient safety quality measurement, reporting, and improvement.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
  • Current Massachusetts RN licensure required.
  • 5+ years of experience in emergency room and ICU nursing required.
  • Database management and analysis experience preferred.
  • TNCC certification within 6 months of hire required.
  • TNCC instructor certification within 12 months of hire required.
