Job Overview

Northeading Technologies is on the lookout for a talented Oracle EBS Financials Specialist to enhance our finance team. This is a permanent role that offers a hybrid working arrangement with minimal travel obligations. Candidates must be based in the US and authorized to work without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a pivotal member of the finance department, utilizing extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 to enhance operational effectiveness and precision.
  • Evaluate intricate business needs and convert them into efficient system solutions within the Oracle EBS Financials framework.
  • Set up, tailor, and sustain Oracle EBS Financials modules to align with organizational processes and goals.
  • Offer both technical and functional support to end-users, ensuring the effective use of system functionalities.
  • Work alongside cross-departmental teams to pinpoint and execute process enhancements.
  • Engage in system testing, troubleshooting, and resolution of issues.
  • Create and present thorough user training sessions.
  • Keep abreast of developments in Oracle EBS Financials and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7-8 years of practical experience with Oracle EBS R12 and its Financials modules.
  • A robust techno-functional background, merging technical skills with a comprehensive understanding of financial operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess complex business requirements and devise effective system solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across various levels.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
