We are seeking a skilled ERP Infrastructure Lead to guide our CNC team in delivering exceptional consulting, design, and support services for our ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the CNC team on various ERP IT projects and initiatives across corporate and divisional levels. Manage extensive enterprise-wide ERP infrastructure projects, ensuring thorough documentation is produced based on project complexity.
  • Lead a team responsible for fulfilling change and service requests related to ERP systems, adhering to departmental protocols and maintaining accurate records in IT support systems.
  • Ensure all performance standards and monitoring procedures are met while managing the CNC team, which serves as third-level support for incidents and changes within the ERP ecosystem.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for issues affecting the reliability of the ERP systems, collaborating closely with the Enterprise Architect to align with strategic goals.
  • Identify opportunities for automation within the team, utilizing RPA, scripts, and toolsets to enhance efficiency and value delivery.
  • Facilitate the creation, review, and renewal of CNC-related Statements of Work (SOW) contracts.
Impact:

This role is pivotal in managing the support and operations of core systems, including JD Edwards, OTM, BSSV, and all ERP-related add-ons. The majority of the team's tasks will be executed during off-hours and weekends to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex tasks independently while maintaining attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree or JDE CNC Certification.
  • 8+ years of experience in designing and supporting infrastructure solutions in a Linux or Microsoft client-server environment.
  • Experience with VMware and other virtual machine platforms.
  • Project management certifications or relevant training.
