Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Science Manager to lead our team in delivering business-driven data science solutions. As a Data Science Manager at Blend360, you will be responsible for managing a team of data scientists, developing and implementing data science strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of data scientists in developing and implementing data science solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Develop and implement data science strategies that align with business objectives and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and marketing, to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements
  • MS degree in Statistics, Math, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, including experience managing a team of data scientists.
  • Proven track record of delivering business-driven data science solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of data scientists.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop insights that drive business growth.
