About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Systems Engineer to join our Enterprise Business Services team. As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise WAN solutions, including Windows environments, network infrastructure, and virtualization technologies. You will work closely with our team to ensure the secure and efficient operation of our network infrastructure, and will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Active Directory and Group Policy configurations to ensure secure and efficient operation of our network infrastructure
  • Configure and maintain DHCP and DNS services
  • Lead and contribute to IT projects, demonstrating a strong ability to manage time and resources effectively to meet deadlines and objectives
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support for complex software and hardware issues, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption to business operations
  • Implement and administer virtualization technologies, including VMware and Red Hat KVM, to optimize infrastructure flexibility and efficiency
Requirements
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS
  • Advanced knowledge in implementing automation and utilizing PowerShell and Ansible scripts
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading and delivering IT projects
  • Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues quickly
  • Extensive experience with Red Hat Linux and Windows environments
  • Proficiency in VMware and Red Hat KVM virtualization technologies
  • Solid understanding of NAS and SAN storage architectures and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork
  • Ability to work well with others, including team members from different departments and varying levels of technical expertise
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
