Job Description

Contiem, a leading provider of content solutions, is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team. As a key member of our content development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality training solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify learning objectives and recommend training strategies to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Develop instructional content, including course outlines, training materials, and assessments, to support client projects.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and project managers to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.
  • Design and develop instructor-led training, online training, and blended learning solutions.
  • Provide status reports and participate in client meetings to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in instructional design and courseware development.
  • Proficiency in courseware development tools, such as Articulate Studio, Storyline, and Adobe Captivate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-based environment and as an individual contributor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Instructional Systems Design or a related field.
  • Experience working with global clients and adapting to new ideas and changes.
  • Ability to conceptualize content visually and collaborate with graphic designers and technical team members.
