Diagnostic Radiology Technologist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Radiology Technologist to join our team at Corewell Health. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging department, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic exams in all areas of general radiology, ensuring accurate and efficient results.
  • Verify patient identification and physician orders, and acquire accurate patient histories.
  • Monitor patients during procedures to ensure safety and provide procedural information/education to patients and families.
  • Operate diagnostic imaging equipment, follow policy for malfunctions or quality control failures, and minimize radiation exposure to patients, staff, and self.
  • Contribute to the effective operations of the department, assist fellow employees, and stay in compliance with quality assurance and quality control.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program.
  • Training gained at student level.
  • CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
  • CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
  • CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association.
