Key Responsibilities:- Oversee systems and processes to ensure strategic and operational objectives are accomplished.
- Supervise Patient Dining Associates and ensure they provide services that meet patient needs.
- Work with caregivers and culinary team to determine menu alternatives for patients with dietary restrictions.
- Interact with nursing and evaluate patient meal selection, tray completion, and delivery process.
- Assist dietitians with monitoring patients who require special diets.
- Previous food service and supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, and culinary team.
- Aptitude for operating hospital's admission, discharge, and transfer system.
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds.
