OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE:

  • Facilitate team decision-making processes that promote a culture of continuous enhancement while fulfilling customer expectations for quality and efficiency.
  • Ensure peak operational performance of manufacturing machinery by overseeing and fine-tuning controls as necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Oversee processes and quality assurance to maintain a seamless workflow. Utilize technical expertise to implement process improvements through effective communication and collaboration with team members across all production support functions.
  • Minimize equipment downtime by identifying root causes of issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Document all modifications made to equipment settings.
  • Adjust control parameters on production machinery within the designated area as required.
  • Integrate new products into existing or newly established production systems.
  • Coordinate training for team members on all relevant tasks.
  • Serve as a versatile team member, maintaining certification and proficiency in all required tasks.
  • Lead ATP and continuous improvement discussions.
  • Delegate off-line responsibilities such as attendance tracking, scheduling, data entry, and supply management.
  • Accountable for the team's success in achieving quality and productivity targets.
  • Assist in the design and rollout of new products for mass production.
  • Provide insights during the procurement or enhancement of equipment.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Facilitate ATP and continuous improvement discussions.
  • Oversee the allocation of off-line tasks such as attendance tracking, scheduling, data entry, and supply management.
  • Responsible for the team's success in meeting quality and productivity objectives.
  • Support the design and integration of new products into mass production.
  • Offer input during equipment acquisition or upgrades.
  • Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and promote a secure work environment.
  • Maintain a high standard of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality regarding company matters.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate degree in electronics or a related field is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills are advantageous.
  • Willingness to learn and execute all team responsibilities.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to effectively engage with team members.
  • Ability to stand and navigate around equipment.
  • Strong commitment to conveying company policies and fostering a team-oriented culture.
