This outpatient setting provides a flexible schedule with extended hours and a shared call rotation, allowing you to focus on clinical and patient excellence. You will be part of a physician-led group surrounded by excellent support and financial stability, with a focus on patient and provider wellness.

The clinic features:

  • Average patients per day: 18-24
  • 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours admin time
  • Medical Assistants, Front Desk, and leadership support provided
  • Clinical responsibilities to include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized care according to candidate's interest

Nestled in the picturesque Verrado community, our primary health clinic offers a family-friendly environment with access to excellent schools, recreational opportunities, and a close-knit neighborhood.

We seek candidates who are:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (ABMS)
  • Patient-focused, friendly and enjoys a collaborative environment

The total compensation package includes:

  • Estimated salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year
  • Starting bonus + Loan Repayment up to $100K
