About the RoleThis on-site outpatient Registered Dietitian will play a vital part in the delivery of comprehensive healthcare services to patients across various age groups and with diverse medical conditions.
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough nutritional assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized nutrition care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Evaluate patient progress, adjust nutrition care plans as needed, and maintain accurate records.
- Develop and implement nutrition education programs for patients and staff.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices and advancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or a related field.
- Current certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).
- Experience working in community or clinical nutrition settings, preferably with two years of experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in nutrition education methods and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and Microsoft Office applications.
We offer a competitive salary, approximately $90,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes opportunities for professional growth, a supportive work environment, and more.
