**Job Title:** Therapeutic Support Worker

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a qualified Therapeutic Support Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals who share our passion for supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for working one-on-one with children with autism in their homes or clinics, implementing daily therapeutic activities under the direct supervision of a Behavior Analyst.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Implementing Individualized Service Plans with clients and client families/caregivers as delegated by a Behavior Analyst.
  • Pursuing and maintaining RBT certification.
  • Coordinating with other service providers working with clients to ensure consistency among client families/caregivers and all providers.
  • Completing all required documentation, including behavioral data, daily notes, and weekly billing records in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensuring all documentation on assigned clients meets Medicaid and other federal, state, or BACB required regulations.
  • Developing program materials and ensuring appropriate materials are available during client sessions.
  • Participating in supervision on a weekly basis with a Behavior Analyst or Assistant Behavior Analyst to discuss client updates, progress, or concerns.
  • Attending and participating in all scheduled staff meetings and trainings.
  • Providing transportation of client as needed as part of natural environment sessions.
  • Maintaining professional and ethical standards at all times.

**Requirements**

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field or a High School Diploma/GED with eligibility to pass the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) exam.
  • Experience working with children, preferably those with developmental disabilities and/or autism.
  • A valid Virginia Driver's License.
  • A reliable personal cell phone.
