Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support to our senior clients, assisting them with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, creating personalized care plans that meet their individual requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized in-home support to senior clients
  • Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders
  • Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, their family members, and co-workers
  • Create personalized care plans that meet the specific needs of each client
Requirements
  • A minimum of six months of paid senior caregiving experience or one of the following certifications: CNA, HHA, LVN
  • Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities
  • Pass a comprehensive background check and drug test
  • Ability to use the Care Pro App and have a device that supports the most up-to-date version of iOS or Android
