Caregiver - Home Health Aide

Interim HealthCare of Lexington MA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homemaker-HMK to provide quality care services to adults and the elderly in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide transportation and assistance to clients as needed, including grocery shopping and medical appointments.
- Clean and organize clients' homes to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Prepare meals according to individual needs and preferences.
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor nutrition and hydration levels, and report any changes to the supervisor.
- Provide companionship and emotional support, listening to and communicating with clients to understand their needs.
Requirements:
- Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nurse Aide in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of one year of experience in Home Care/Home Health Care setting preferred.
- Current TB test results and proof of MMR Language Proficiency.
- Valid driver's license and flexible scheduling availability.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
