Senior Enterprise Account Manager

LogiNext is seeking a seasoned professional to lead its enterprise account management efforts. As a key liaison between clients, business development, and technology teams, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for key client accounts.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent people skills, with the ability to maintain overall responsibility for the successful implementation of LogiNext SaaS products. A strong background in deploying large-scale technology products for enterprise-grade organizations is essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Playing a key role in new business pitches and ensuring the effective onboarding of new clients
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customer accounts
  • Developing a trusted advisory relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  • Mining existing accounts for new business possibilities and utilizing available resources to drive account retention and growth
  • Proactively assessing, clarifying, and validating customer needs on an ongoing basis and documenting as SOW
  • Working cross-functionally with business development, marketing, technology, and finance teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Analyzing latest marketing trends using CRM and analytics tools and tracking competitors' activities to provide valuable inputs for fine-tuning marketing

Requirements include a degree or higher in technology or a related field from a top-tier engineering school and 10+ years of experience in enterprise account management or business development in a SaaS company. The ideal candidate will possess advanced skill sets for driving system integrations, gathering requirements, writing SOWs, documenting RFI/RFPs, and cross-functional project management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to persuade, influence, negotiate, and make formal presentations in meetings and training environments, are essential.
