Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 Annually + benefits
Role Summary:
As a Buyer/Planner, you will leverage your 3-5 years of experience in procurement, planning, or a related field, with a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure materials, goods, and services essential for production and operational processes, focusing on lean methodologies.
- Facilitate the planning and scheduling of production activities in alignment with demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production capabilities.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles in procurement and planning to minimize waste and enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain precise inventory records, including stock level tracking and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards in all procurement activities.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant role.
Relocation: This position does not offer relocation assistance.
Travel: No travel required.
Local Candidates Preferred: Yes
Note: Candidates must be eligible to work on a W2 basis (No C2C).
