Position Title:

Construction Project Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


Under the guidance of the Construction Superintendent, this role entails overseeing all facets of Civil construction for the Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Project.

Manage and direct Civil construction activities from initial planning through to final execution.

With general oversight, this position holds supervisory responsibility over Civil personnel engaged in various projects.


Supervise all Civil construction operations to ensure adherence to design specifications; foster and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a Daily Log to document significant Civil construction activities.


Review all Civil Construction Drawings for accuracy and ensure their proper implementation; maintain an effective Construction Execution Schedule (CES) for Civil activities.

Conduct on-site inspections to ensure compliance with all Project Civil Specifications and Guidelines.

Oversee Civil construction to guarantee that work is performed in accordance with contractual obligations.

Ensure the satisfactory execution of Civil works through effective supervision.

Monitor and document any testing of Civil materials.

Ensure that current Record Drawings ("red lines") are kept up-to-date for the Civil work scope.

Document progress through photographs of Civil works.

Ensure adherence to the Company's Safety Policy.

Alert the Contractor and relevant parties of any hazardous conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be present on-site throughout the duration of this Contract until all work is completed and accepted.


Familiarity with EM requirements and experience in Hazard Identification and Safety Compliance is essential.

Ability to interpret a Critical Path Method (CPM) Schedule and Construction Drawings is required.


Knowledge of Construction Management processes, methodologies, materials, construction details, and relevant regulations and quality standards is necessary.

Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the construction process is expected.

Strong leadership, management, and team-building capabilities are crucial.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sites in a dynamic environment.

Working knowledge of Civil construction techniques is required.


Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary for liaising with other departments, subcontractors, and clients.

Must successfully pass overseas medical screening and maintain good health.

Must be contract-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office software.

A valid driver's license from the country of origin is required.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:


A minimum of a High School Diploma is required; an Associate or Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:


A minimum of five (5) years of total experience in Construction Management, with at least five (5) years in a supervisory or superintendent role overseeing Civil Construction Projects.
