Location:

Required Skills

  • Over 8+ years of extensive experience in software quality assurance and test automation.
  • Expertise in Automation (Selenium)
  • Experience in Python
  • Experience in Robot framework using Python
  • Knowledge on CI/CD pipeline development in C#
  • Very good testing skills including test reporting
  • Good Understanding in Agile methodology
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of Salesforce application is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior testers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Utilize Jira for test management tracking progress and reporting issues.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Core Java Selenium and Python to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews of test cases and scripts to ensure alignment with industry best practices and standards.
  • Analyze test results generate detailed reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Drive the adoption of new testing tools and methodologies to improve overall testing effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all testing activities.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide input on testability and potential risks.
  • Coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing activities into the software development lifecycle.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate testing processes implementing improvements as needed.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$110,500 - $130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
