We are seeking an experienced End-of-Life Care Specialist to join our team. As a hospice aide, you will provide direct patient care and document interactions accurately.

**Job Requirements:**

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with completion of a Board of Nursing approved training program and one year of experience in patient care.
  • Certification in a minimum of 75 education hours is necessary.
  • You must be able to organize work independently and provide effective health care services to homebound patients.
  • Acceptance of travel and working conditions as assigned is required.
  • Familiarity with principles of safe personal care and company policies is essential, including effective communication skills and CPR certification.
  • A minimum of 12 hours of continuing education annually is mandatory.

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
