About the Role

As a Clinical Care Specialist with Care Options For Kids, you'll have the opportunity to provide one-to-one nursing care in a home environment. This is a chance to make a real difference in the lives of children and their families.

A Day in the Life

Imagine starting your day by connecting with your care team, getting updated on your client's needs and preferences. With our dedicated EHR platform, you'll have access to all the information you need to provide exceptional care.

Your client will greet you warmly, and it's up to you to create a personalized experience that meets their unique needs. From preparing medications to performing routine trach and g-tube care, every task is an opportunity to show your dedication and compassion.

Throughout the day, you'll be empowered to make decisions and take charge of your client's care. You may decide to head outdoors for some fresh air, or set up a cozy living room campout. Whatever the day brings, you'll be there to support your client every step of the way.

Responsibilities
  • Providing one-to-one nursing care in a home environment
  • Taking direction from clinical team and being overseen by a registered nurse
  • FOLLOWING THE PLAN OF CARE
  • FOLLOWING ALL CLINICAL AND OFFICE POLICIES
Requirements
  • Valid Delaware RN License or Multistate License
  • Physical from within one year
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
  • Valid driver's license
  • G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
