Job Description:

Symmetrio is actively recruiting for a Diagnostic Systems Technician for its client, a leading multi-national medical device company. This role is designed for a motivated professional seeking to advance their career. As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining, repairing, and supporting advanced imaging equipment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Equipment Maintenance: Troubleshoot, repair, and perform routine maintenance on advanced AX/XP imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  2. Field Operations: Conduct on-site service calls with minimal supervision, managing equipment installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
  3. Customer Support: Provide expert training to operators on equipment usage, enhancing system performance and minimizing downtime.
  4. Territory Performance: Monitor and manage financial performance within your assigned territory, achieving revenue targets and controlling expenses.
  5. Asset Management: Oversee company-provided assets, ensuring accountability and responsible use.
  6. Professional Development: Develop and maintain professional relationships with customers, colleagues, and company representatives, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  7. Administrative Tasks: Accurately complete all required administrative duties in a timely manner.
Salary and Benefits:

Our estimated salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and location. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a company vehicle, health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
