Healthcare Access Specialist

Hamilton Health Box seeks an experienced Healthcare Access Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for coordinating patient access and registration processes, ensuring timely and accurate communication with our care team. With a focus on delivering high-quality patient experiences, you will contribute to the success of our organization by implementing efficient registration processes and maintaining accurate patient records. This part-time position offers an estimated salary of $18.00 - $19.00 hourly and includes benefits such as sick days and on-demand payments.
About the Team:
As a Healthcare Access Specialist at Hamilton Health Box, you will work collaboratively with our clinical team to develop and implement policies and procedures that support a robust virtual registration program. You will also be responsible for screening patients for financial responsibility and collecting appropriate deposits. To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent computer skills, efficient data-entry skills, and the ability to interact with patients in a professional and approachable manner.
