Dialysis Registered Nurse PRN

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Ernest Health. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective dialysis treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients receiving dialysis therapy
- Assess and evaluate patients' clinical status throughout treatment
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification within six (6) months of hire
- Two (2) years of dialysis experience or one (1) year of Critical Care experience or one year of dialysis experience and two years of experience in the Medical/Surgical field
